San Diego-based Douglas Allred Co. is breaking ground on the second phase of Allred Park Place in Chandler.
The 92,109-square-foot, two-story office building will be built near the northeast corner of Price and Willis roads in Chandler. It is the first speculative office construction to be built since the third quarter of 2009, according to a news release distributed by CBRE in Phoenix.
The duo also handles leasing for Allred Park Place Phase I.
“The time is right and there is demand for this product type, especially in the Chandler submarket,” said David Allred, the developer’s executive vice president.
The building should be completed by the end of the year.
Balmer Architectural Group in Phoenix handled the design assignment. Willmeng Construction in Mesa is the contractor.
