About the Project
Allred Cotton Center was a highly successful project in the heart of Metropolitan Phoenix. Located within the 280-acre Cotton Center Business Community, Allred Cotton Center is a +100-acre, master-planned business park containing almost 1,000,000 SF of flex, office/industrial, and R&D space. Development of the project occurred in several phases between 2000 and 2009, during which Progressive Insurance received NAIOP’s “Office Tenant Improvement of the Year” award.
The sale of Allred Cotton Center ultimately included 10 fully-occupied buildings, 3 completed shell buildings, 2 additional shell buildings at the request of the buyer, and 19.38 acres of land.
