Located within the 550-acre Phoenix Sky Harbor Commerce Park, Allred Sky Harbor Center offered many benefits to its tenants. It had direct access to Interstate 10 and is just minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Downtown Phoenix. Phase I offered 132,900 SF and was home to America West.
